When you request a fiber install appointment through this site, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, and address — along with the appointment time and any notes you add (e.g. a gate code). If you use your phone to verify a booking, we briefly send and check a text message code. Our install crew may also record notes and photos related to the work performed at your home.
We use this information solely to schedule, confirm, and carry out your fiber install appointment, to contact you about it, and to keep an accurate record of install progress across the community.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only for purposes of helping the business operate — for example, with the install crew performing the work, the tribal utility office coordinating the project, or service providers who help us run scheduling and support (such as hosting or text-message verification). We do not share your information with unrelated third parties or use it for advertising.
The general install status and approximate location of each home are shown on the public map so the community can track progress. Your name, phone number, and any notes are never shown on the public map or schedule — those are only visible to the install team.
We keep install records for as long as needed to track and support the fiber network at your home, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access.
If you'd like your information corrected or removed, contact the tribal utility office and we'll take care of it.
We may update this policy from time to time as the project evolves. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
